Be the cover of New York City

Send us a photograph of your city. The one we choose becomes the city's cover on Breadkrumb, with your name on it.

The winning photograph is New York City's cover for a year, credited to you wherever it appears. The photographer also gets Breadkrumb's Annual plan free for a year.

How your photo will be cropped

Covers are landscape. Your photograph stays whole on its own page, but the cover shows the band inside this boundary, so put what matters there.

The rules, short version

  • Your own photograph, taken by you.
  • No stock, and nothing generated.
  • Anyone recognisable in it has agreed to appear.
  • One photograph per person per city.
  • We may decline or remove an entry without explanation.
  • One prize per city: the cover for a year, and the Annual plan free for a year, to the photographer whose photograph is chosen.

We don't offer downloads.
